After minting your Companion NFT, the next step is to bring it to life with a name and a personality. This onboarding process shapes how you and your Companion will interact inside Alterim AI.

🧠 Naming Your Companion

• Once you mint your Companion, you’ll be prompted to give it a custom name.

• Choose any name you feel connected to — your Companion will carry this name across all interactions and future updates.

Tips:

• Names can be playful, meaningful, or completely original.

• Don’t worry — you’ll have opportunities to rename your Companion in future updates if needed.(not supported yet)

🎭 Defining Your Companion’s Persona

• After naming, you’ll define your Companion’s personality traits.

• You can either:

  • Freely describe what kind of personality you want (e.g., “energetic and witty,” “calm and loyal”), or

  • Accept AI suggestions based on your NFT’s metadata.

Alterim AI analyzes your SBT or partner NFT traits and may suggest fitting personas for your Companion — but you’re free to customize it however you like!

Example prompts:

• “I want a mischievous and adventurous Companion.”

• “I'd like a gentle, thoughtful type.”

Don’t worry: Even if your description is rough, our system will polish it automatically to fit the in-game world.

🔥 What Happens After Onboarding

• Once naming and persona setup is complete, your Companion’s profile will be visible at the top of the Alterim AI dashboard.

• Your Companion’s Name and Persona will be displayed and updated as you interact daily.

• From here, you’ll be ready to explore BM Chat, Meme Generation, and future game modes.
